Homemade Hot Sauce - Recipe 1

1 dozen jalopenos, chopped,
2 onions, chopped
1 cup water
1 cup vinegar

In saucepan simmer peppers and onions in water for 1 hour until 95% of water has evaporated.

Transfer to food processor with vinegar and puree.

This can be strained if desired.
